Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Certain hygiene items (beauty products, earrings) are non-returnable.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
Damaged or Defective
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or exchange.
