Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Retailers, boutiques and resellers can apply on our Wholesale page. Once approved, wholesale pricing unlocks on your account.

Which areas do you ship to?

We ship across India from our Hyderabad hub, covering Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major methods supported by Shopify Checkout — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.

What is your return policy?

7-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Some hygiene items (beauty, earrings) are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
